  To safeguard World Heritage sites, the States Parties should cooperate to make use of all effective mobilization of assistance including scientific knowledge, technology, manpower and material resouces, and seek administrative and legal protection. They also should strengthen international cooperation and pour huge investment, so as to prevent the natural heritage in danger from deterioration and destruction. Moreover, they should send out early-warning signal by some advanced scientific and technical measures and regular monitor, to the effect that the government and international communities are able tackle problems in time. These works need professional knowledge of scientific research and management, so property administrators will communicate and cooperate with each other.
